family triathletes... so hot right now!

Triathalons are so cool!!! I went to the Yuba tri to watch and document Beeb and Pos aka Stephanie and Matt. They are so totally fit and buff and in shape and so totally rad!!!

I also wanted to share one more thing from Beeb and Pos's Yuba experience. I took pictures the whooole time and videos and it was great! Even though I wasn't doing anything I got really into cheering them on. When they crossed the finish line I was so pumped! I wanted to tell them I was really happy and excited but this is what came out:

"Oh man my legs are so sore from standing".

Jonny and I just did our tri this last weekend in St. George, it was the Kokopelli tri. It was kind of intense there was so many people there! Jonny and I were going to go together but we found out that men and women were in different heats. ANYWAYS, it was so much and we're so pumped for another one! PS Heather and Elaine Ray were in town and came to support us!!! We had the greatest fan club- Beeb and Pos, Heather and Elaine, and Nic and Becca!!! I love you guys! Thanks for being so cool and good looking and fun!!

Beeb and Pos and Heather took lots of pictures, so as soon as I get some from them I'll post them.

SO we were looking forward to participating in the Kokopelli tri for a long time and now I dont know whats up! I think our next big thing is El Tour de Tucson in November so we better keep biking. Jonny's doing 109 miles and I'm doing 66 (66 looks small next to 109, but I'm very confident in saying that it's very beastly). I love being fit! That sounds a little weird, but it's so fun to be able and go out to do whatever comes up. WOOHOO for things outdoor!!!

I love Jonny! and absolutely love our new mini family!
